Dr. Cuffe is originally from Lexington. She received her Bachelor's of Animal Science from the University of Kentucky and minored in Wilderness Studies at the University of Montana.
She earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018. After graduation, she joined an integrative small animal hospital in Eugene, OR where she practiced for 2 years.
She returned to the bluegrass in June 2020 and practiced in Versailles, KY until joining the team at Chevy Chase Animal Clinic. Dr. Cuffe now lives in Lexington with her husband, daughter, and 2 dogs.
Dr. Cuffe is a Fear Free Certified Professional and loves working to decrease the stress of vet visits for her patients and clients. She enjoys wellness and preventative care, dermatology, and dentistry. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, running, gardening, biking, and doing anything outdoors.
